OUR POLICY & FEES


Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our artists, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations.


When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to other clients and the artist, please call Bésame Beauty & Esthetics as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.


Your appointments and business are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected occurrences happen, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice.


We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.


Appointment Cancellation


If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time.


ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT (100% FOR RESERVED PMU TOUCH UPS). 
 ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT (100% FOR RESERVED PMU TOUCH UPS). NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEES.


How to Cancel Your Appointment


If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (940)-247-0393 during business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.


Late Arrivals/No Shows


A no show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or exceeds the 15 minute grace period allotted. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We understand that sometimes being late is out of control, but please keep in mind that showing up late will affect the time of your service. Unfortunately, arriving too late (more than 15 minutes) to your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation and the associated cancelled fee (50% of the reserved service).


We recognize the time of our clients and technicians is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.


Refunds and Client Satisfaction


Due to the nature of our service there are no refunds on any services. Please contact us within 72 hours of our service with any problems and/or concerns you have regarding your service. We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied please let us know immediately and we will discuss a solution.


Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment, if the original confirmation notification was received timely...


Our Policy


We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. All deposits are non-refundable.
